Our in-house IA handles every annual, start to finish.

Flat Rates by Class

We work on a flat rate by aircraft class for annual and 100-hour inspections. The 100-hour is priced the same as an annual.

We confirm your flat rate after reviewing your aircraft's equipment and records, before work starts. Experience with Beechcraft Bonanzas and Barons, Cessnas, Mooneys, and Piper Saratogas, Navajos, and Cherokees. Light jets receive servicing only.

Estimates are based on the information available before inspection and are not a fixed price for repairs. Final pricing is confirmed in writing before work starts.

How It Works

  1. Request an estimate — Tell us about your aircraft and when the annual is due.
  2. We confirm your rate and schedule — We agree the schedule up front.
  3. Inspection + written findings — Including a discrepancy list, estimate, and AD status report.
  4. You approve repairs — Nothing is fixed without your OK.
  5. IA sign-off — Signed off by our in-house IA. If the aircraft is airworthy, it is approved for return to service; if not, you get a written list of discrepancies (14 CFR 43.11).

FAQ

What's included?

The annual or 100-hour inspection itself, a written discrepancy list and estimate before any repair, and an AD status report (up to 1.0 hour of AD research). The inspection is signed off by our in-house IA. An annual inspection reports the aircraft's condition at the time of inspection; under 14 CFR 91.403 the owner/operator remains responsible for maintaining the aircraft in an airworthy condition.

What isn't included?

Repairs, parts, and work beyond the inspection itself are estimated separately after you review the written findings. Nothing is done without your approval.

What if you find something?

You get a written list and estimate first. We wait for your OK before fixing anything.

How long does it take?

Our goal is to complete most piston single annuals in about two weeks. That is a goal, not a guarantee; findings, parts availability, approvals and weather can change it. Twin and turbine timelines depend on the aircraft and findings; we agree the schedule with you up front.
