Privacy Policy

Effective October 15, 2026

Lift Enterprises, LLC (“Lift Enterprises,” “we,” “us”) runs lift-enterprises.com. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

What we collect. When you use a form, you give us your name, email, phone number, aircraft information (such as N-number, make/model, home airport and annual due month), how you heard about us, and your message. Our site also records campaign information in the page link (UTM tags such as source and campaign).

How we use it. To answer your request, prepare estimates, schedule and perform work, send invoices and service updates, keep required maintenance records, and understand which of our marketing works. We may send occasional emails about our services; every marketing email includes a way to unsubscribe. We send marketing text messages only if you’ve separately agreed to them, and you can reply STOP at any time.

What we share. We don’t sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business (for example, email, website hosting, analytics and our maintenance-records software), when the law requires it, or to protect our rights, including collecting amounts owed.

Aircraft records. N-numbers and aircraft registration details are public FAA records. Maintenance records we create are kept as required by FAA rules and our business needs.

Retention and security. We keep information only as long as we need it for these purposes or as the law requires, and we use reasonable safeguards. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.

Your choices. You can ask us to update or delete your contact information or stop marketing messages by calling (850) 366-2715 or emailing info@lift-enterprises.com. We may keep records we’re required to keep.

Children. This site isn’t intended for children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.

Changes. We may update this policy and will post the new effective date here.
