By using lift-enterprises.com (the “Site”), you agree to these terms.

1. Information only. The Site describes the services of Lift Enterprises, LLC. Nothing on it is an offer, contract, warranty or guarantee. Service descriptions, rates and timelines are general and may change without notice.
2. Maintenance services. Maintenance services are governed by the written service agreement provided to each customer at intake.
3. No aviation advice. Site content isn’t maintenance, airworthiness, legal or regulatory advice. Under 14 CFR 91.403, the aircraft owner or operator is primarily responsible for maintaining the aircraft in an airworthy condition.
4. Not an air carrier. Lift Enterprises does not offer air charter or carriage of passengers or property for compensation. Any pilot services are provided only for the owner’s aircraft under the owner’s operational control.
5. Intellectual property. Site content, logos and photos belong to Lift Enterprises or its licensors and may not be copied without permission.
6. Acceptable use. Don’t misuse the Site, submit false information, or try to interfere with its operation.
7. Third-party links. We’re not responsible for third-party sites or content.
8. Disclaimer of warranties. THE SITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND ACCURACY.
9. Limitation of liability. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LIFT ENTERPRISES IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR SPECIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM USE OF THE SITE.
10. Governing law. Florida law governs these terms.
11. Changes. We may update these terms by posting a new version here.
